The Sauce is a group of political and community organizers based in Philadelphia committed to transformational changework. 

We built the Sauce to strengthen the ecosystems of electoral and political work. We support candidates and movements rooted in community, accountable to people, and willing to boldly take on the systems of harm that hold working people back. 

We do this by investing in and developing a network of Philly-based organizers. We prioritize BIPOC leadership, strive to always live in our values, and seek to create work environments where workers thrive.

In a country built on stolen land and stolen labor, we know mass liberation will be accomplished because regular people stood with each other, unwilling to leave anyone behind.

We have had the great privilege of working on projects at the local, state, federal, and international levels.
